1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

Lost or stolen packages: Please contact the carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, email us at trendvault.1store@gmail.com with your order number.

Damaged items: Let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
